Having two children of my own, I understand the importance of learning to swim for a child’s enjoyment and a parent’s peace of mind. Through my experience over the last 18 years, I have taught infants, special needs children, and children/adults with extreme fear of water. Through my fun loving nature, I significantly reduce anxiety and pass on my love for the pool to everyone. I have 13 years experience as a classroom teacher and four years as a school administrator.
Breena
Instructor
Breena is returning for her fourth summer with Kick-n-Swim. Breena is a local Tierrasanta resident that has a very sweet, endearing nature about her. Being the oldest of four girls, Breena really has extensive experience working with little ones. She was also on a competitive swim team for 5 years. Breena will be great ensuring our swimmers feel safe and loved while learning to swim.
Kaci
Instructor
Kaci is also returning for her fourth summer with Kick-n-Swim. She is an excellent swim instructor with years of experience teaching swim and lifeguarding. She has a degree in sociology and is a supervisor of a before and after school care program here in San Diego. With Kaci’s experience, our swimmers will be ready to advance their skills quickly.
Ruby
Instructor
Ruby is returning for her second summer with Kick-n-Swim. She was a competitive swimmer for many years and knows the mechanics of all the strokes. She is the best at demonstrating and modeling techniques for stroke efficiency. She loves to share her passion and respect for the water with our swimmers.
